BloFin Launches Pre-IPO in Partnership with Realta, Polymarket as the First Listing

BloFin is pleased to announce the launch of Pre-IPO, a new onchain feature that allows eligible users to gain economic exposure to high-growth private companies before they go public. To power this feature, BloFin has partnered with Realta, an asset provider operating under a structured SPV framework.

Introducing rPOLYMKT: The First Listing

We are pleased to present our first Pre-IPO project, rPOLYMKT, a tokenized instrument designed to track the economic performance of Polymarket, the world's largest blockchain-based prediction market platform.

Polymarket has rapidly established itself as the go-to platform for real-time event prediction, processing billions in trading volume. Founded in 2020, the company has attracted backing from some of the most respected names in both traditional finance and crypto, including Founders Fund (Peter Thiel) and Vitalik Buterin. In October 2025, a $2B strategic funding round brought Polymarket's valuation to approximately $8B, cementing its position as one of the most closely watched private companies in space today.

rPOLYMKT is an onchain token that mirrors the economic interest of Polymarket equity, it is not a direct participation in Polymarket, but provides users with exposure to its potential upside ahead of a qualifying liquidity event. Users can subscribe using USDT during the presale window, and tokens will be distributed pro-rata based on each user's subscription amount. Following distribution, spot trading for rPOLYMKT will be made available on BloFin, providing users with a continuous exit option. In the event the round does not meet its minimum threshold, all subscribed funds will be returned in full with interest. The offcial subscription gonna be open on May 25th.
